Shipping Policy Information

Orders that qualify for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped by standard shipping only.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email with an order number, confirming that your order is being processed.  Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number.

Please note that your order will take at least one business day for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick-up. 

If you receive the wrong item or any portion of the order is missing, we require that you notify our customer service team via email at: info@supremebeauty.com for a return authorization.

Please provide your order confirmation number, purchasers first and last name and a description of the incorrect or missing item(s).

For missing items, please contact our customer service team via email at: info@supremebeauty.com, and provide the order confirmation number, purchasers first and last name and the order number of the missing item(s).

We will confirm your order and, at your request, either resend or refund the original item. In the case of a refund, we will refund the purchase price credited back to your original payment method.

All Weekend and Holiday Orders are processed the next business day. 

 

Due to restrictions by the US Department of Transportation (DOT), items that are flammable or composed of compressed gases are considered Hazardous Materials and are prohibited from air transportation.

The Department of Transportation prohibits Air-Shipment of the following items:

  • Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray or shaving cream.

  • Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover.

  • Lithium Batteries

  • We will try our best to deliver your order through the fastest means possible, within the guidelines of federal regulations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Supreme Hair & Beauty does not accept returns for Final Sale Items, Discontinued Items, Clearance Items, Special Order Items, or Wholesale Merchandise.

Any product that has been used, turned on, or plugged in, is not acceptable as a return. 

Health and safety products are not eligible for returns. 

Due to the careful inspections of our wigs and hair made by the warehouse prior to shipment, all sales regarding all wigs, braid hair, crochet braids, and bundles are final. 

For extenuating circumstances regarding an exchange or return, please email customer service at: info@supremebeauty.com. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, there will be a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@supremebeauty.com and send your item to: Supreme Hair and Beauty, 6420 Colonel Glenn Road, Suite 1C, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
