General Return Information: 

Supreme Hair & Beauty does not accept returns for Final Sale Items, Discontinued Items, Clearance Items, Special Order Items, or Wholesale Merchandise.

Final Sale Items include but not limited to: Clearance Items/ Clearance Wigs/ Clearance Products. Wigs and Hair care on Sale. Refurbished/Previously worn wigs. 

Supreme Hair & Beauty also does not accept returns for cosmetic or fashion jewelry. 

Your product may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the item(s) are in original condition and original packaging: this includes but not limited to: unopened, unused, undamaged and unaltered products.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

If the item is not in the same condition as it was given, we have the right to refuse the return and the product will be mailed back to the customer. 

All returned merchandise will receive a 25% restocking fee on the product. 

If the original order qualified for free shipping and/or promotional shipping, the costs will be deducted.

Any product that has been used, turned on, or plugged in, is not acceptable as a return. 

Health and safety products are not eligible for returns. 

Due to the careful inspections of our wigs and hair made by the warehouse prior to shipment, all sales regarding all wigs, braid hair, crochet braids, and bundles are final when the product​ has been opened.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, there will be a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The customer has up to 7 days from date to report items that are defective or damaged. Please include photos for evidence of your claim. Please note, claims can range from 1 to 5 business days to be resolved after claim is submitted. 

Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
