Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Supreme Hair & Beauty, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.
General Return Information
Supreme Hair & Beauty does not accept returns for the following:
Final Sale Items: This includes clearance items, clearance wigs, and products on sale (e.g., wigs, hair care items). Discontinued or Special Order Items. Wholesale Merchandise. Refurbished or Previously Worn Wigs. Cosmetic and Fashion Jewelry
If your item qualifies for a return, the following conditions apply:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise. If your original order qualified for free shipping or a promotional shipping discount, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Health and Safety Products:
For sanitary reasons, health and safety items, such as wigs, braid hair, crochet braids, and bundles, are non-returnable once opened.
Used or Altered Products:
Any product that has been used, plugged in, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Exchanges(if applicable)
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to include photos of the damage for verification. Claims can take 1 to 5 business days to resolve.
If an exchange is necessary, please email our customer service team at info@supremebeauty.com for further instructions.
Returned items that qualify for an exchange will receive a credit or replacement, depending on product availability.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
A credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the 25% restocking fee and any original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you do not receive your refund after this period, please:
Check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to post. Next, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@supremebeauty.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver directly, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
